Pizza dough 8oz. warm water Package yeast Pinch of sugar 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon sea salt Mix yeast, sugar and water and let proof for 5 minutes. Mix flour and salt then add yeast mixture. Mix well and kneed for a few minutes. Let rise for 30minutes to one hour. Divide into 2 equal dough balls. Lightly coat with oil and put into separate zip lock bags. Put dough balls into fridge for 12 to 48hrs. When ready to make pizza let dough come to room temp before shaping the dough. Red Sauce 28oz can tomatoes 6oz can tomato paste 1 Tablespoon Oregano ½ Tablespoon Italian Seasoning ½ Tablespoon garlic 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Salt to taste Sugar if it tastes acidic Garlic White Sauce Butter Garlic Milk Cheese
