Filet Mignon with Roquefort Sauce

You Need: Filet Mignon, Roquefort Cheese, Butter, Salt, Pepper, 1 Shot Brandi, 1 C Whipping Cream.
Directions: 1) Add salt and pepper to the raw steaks 2) Sear Steaks in a pand with olive oil and butter 3) Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes on each side. 4) Remove Steaks and keep warm. 5) In the same pan add 1 shot of brandi, 1 cup of Whipping Cream, and Roquefort Cheese 6)Stir into thick consistancy. 7) Poor sauce on steak 8) Serve it.
