Ingredients as follows: 4 cloves of garlic, salt, 1 lb penne pasta, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 tsp crushed pepper, 28oz crushed tomatos (1 large can), 2 tbsp vodka, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1/4 cup of parsley
