Ingredients: 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 tbs of granulated sugar, 1/2 of vanilla bean Preparation: 1. Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise to remove seeds ; then pour the cream into a very cold bowl and the vanilla seeds directly into the cream. 2. Whip strongly the cream, if you use a small electric mixer, let it run at medium speed. 3. Add sugar in the cream while still smooth. 4.Stop whipping as soon as the cream is firm. Honey Walnut Shrimp like Panda Express Ingredients: 1 lb. large shrimp For walnuts: 1/2 cup walnut halves 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar Sauce: 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon condensed milk 1 teaspoon lemon juice Batter: 1 egg white 1/2 cup corn starch 1 teaspoon salt Oil for frying Preparation: 1. Peel and deveined the shrimp 2. Rinse the walnut halves with water 3. Add sugar to boiling water 4. Add walnuts when thick and golden brown 5. Boil for 2 minutes dry on parchment paper 6. Coat shrimp in egg white 7. Coat in mixture of corn starch and salt 8. Deep fry until golden brown 9. In clean wok combine all ingredients
